LUI Prosciutto di Norcia PGI is a premium cured ham from Umbria, Italy. It is produced from heavy Italian sows (180kg) and aged for 18 months at an altitude of 1,000 meters on the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains in Norcia. The aging climate is ideal, lending it complexity and sweetness.
